Drumalee LRD Amendment

Tullyagan Properties Ltd. intend to apply to Cavan County Council for permission for an amendment to a previously approved Large-scale Residential development Pl Ref. 2560057 and An Bord Pleanala Ref. ABP 322498-25 on lands at Drumalee & Billis, Cootehill Road, Co. Cavan. Particulars of the development comprise as follows: replacement of 4 No. approved maisonette units with 2 No. fully serviced two-storey detached dwelling houses, together with all associated ancillary site development works, revised site layout and all related works necessary to facilitate the proposed development.

The planning application may be inspected or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the office of the Planning Authority at Cavan County Council, Farnham Centre, Farnham Street, Cavan, during its public opening hours.

A submission or observation in relation to the application may be made in writing to the Planning Authority on payment of the prescribed fee within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the Planning Authority of the application.
